We contact the customer before delivery of all orders, and then deliver the goods if we are satisfied
The customer will deliver the goods 2-5 days after placing the order, and wait patiently.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We do not take responsability for personalized products that have been washed and damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number. Please include your order number in the email. *We will not accept any returns without an authorized RA number.
NOTE: You have 3 days to send back your purchase once we provide you with Returns Authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Shipper is responsible for returning cost/fees.
We offer a 6 month product warranty. Meaning, if something happens to your purchase between the period of that time, we will take responsibility of it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like PERSONALIZED or FINAL SALE items (final sale items will be specified at the item description). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
